Phonak Marvel digital hearing aids are specifically designed for children and use Bluetooth connectivity to pair (connect) with electronic devices like smartphones and tablets. The hearing aid performance however will not be affected should parents/children choose not to make use of the connectivity. - Page 4 Android version 7.0 and Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer (for Android products) Connectivity is dependent on the device manufacturer. Page 5: On/Off Button
The Phonak Marvel PR is the rechargeable model of hearing aid currently being used at the Children’s Hearing Centre. It suitable for children with a mild to moderate hearing loss. The rechargeable battery is locked within the hearing aid making it very safe for younger children as the battery cannot be removed. - Page 6 • turn on automatically when removed from the charger (this is optional and can be changed in the software) • turn off automatically whilst charging. We request you take good care of the charger as it may not be possible to replace the charger at short notice should it become damaged.
