The constellation diagram function is used for observing the constellation diagram and the relevant
parameters of the digital channel. It supports for DVB-C, DVB-T/T2 and so on.

The interface of constellation diagram measurement refers to Figure 3-10.
The interface also displays the results of MER and BER on the current channel. The constellation
diagram supports for the mode 16QAM, 32QAM, 64QAM, 128QAM, 256QAM, 8VSB and 16VSB.
