Before the assembly 1. Starting 1.1 Delivery Your Studiobricks One booth will arrive in a box. NOTE! If you detect any damages on the box during delivery please record these damages on the shipping documents. In case of damage a claim for reimbursement can be done by the insurance company.

Before the assembly 1.4 Tools To build this booth you will need the following tools: a rubber mallet, snap blade utility knife, a screwdriver, a spirit level and a stepladder. 1.5 Organization Please keep in hand all tools that will be needed during the assembly.

The Studiobricks One models are equipped with silentblocks on the bottom of the ring floor piece. Stack a felt piece in each silentblock to prevent them from staining and denting the floor over time.

2.2 Start brick: building the structure Studiobricks One XXL You will now go on slotting all the panels in numerical order and clockwise. It´s easier if you slot in panel A5 a bit later. brick: We advise to tilt the piece a bit before placing it in place.

Assembly Floor Floor carpet panels: carpet panels Once you’ve completed level A except for A4 and A5 brick it’s time to place the 3 panels that make up the floor. Like the wall bricks, the floor panels are made of sound isolating materials to prevent sound from scaping downwards.

Assembly 2.5 Common Vertical battens steps Vertical battens: Insert the 3 vertical battens between A1, A2, A3 and A4 bricks as seen in the image on the left. Adjust securely with a rubber mallet. The battens should be inserted with the middle line pointing in the same direction as the wall.

Assembly Self-adhesive rubber pieces: Rubber pieces Remove the paper that protects the adhesive from the 3 pieces of rubber. Then, place the self-adhesive rubber pieces covering the visible part of the batten.

Assembly Level B: brick Now we can start building level B. Make sure dowels fit perfectly. On this floor it is very important to fit the brick completely straight so as not to force them. B1 brick: Start with the B1 brick. Place it on the left side of the entrance door as indicated by the image.

Assembly Door: Outside booth Door handle must be first installed before the rest of the booth due to safety reasons as the door should remain closed during the assembly. Assembly of the door handle: We recommend that you use a manual screwdriver to avoid possible scratches on the door frame.

Assembly Acoustic sealing: Once installed, to get the best possible insulation the handle must be turned up.
Door installation: Door As the door is very heavy we recommend assistance for this step. At least one operator should be inside during installation of the door. The next step is to place the door. While an operator holds the left side of the booth, present the door and drop it until it fits perfectly.

Assembly A5 brick: Place brick A5 as seen in the image to the left, fitting it with the A4 brick and the door. Now level A is complete. Vertical battens: Insert the vertical battens between A4 and A5 bricks as seen in the image on the left. Adjust securely with a rubber mallet.

Assembly Corner batten: Now we will place 1 corner batten type C (joining A4 and A5 bricks) in the frontside as shown in the image. Adjust securely with a rubber mallet. B4 brick: Corner batten Place brick B4 fitting it with the B3 brick. B5 brick: Place brick B5 fitting it with the B4 brick and the door.

Assembly Roof ring: With the help of one or more persons, position the roof ring on top of the D bricks. Carefully slide it into position and press until the battens snap into place. Adjust securely with a rubber mallet.
Assembly 2.6 Finishing Cable port: 1 - outside A2 brick: First put in the trim cable gland into the cable port hole. It’s located outwards A2 brick. Remove the cap from the trim cable gland. Put it back once the cable is passed by pressing until you hear a click.
Assembly Ventilation kit: The ventilator sits inside the booth. To install it put the two provided screws into the holes and tighten them leaving half a centimetre stand out. Fix the ventilator to the wall. The small white air vent sit outside the A2 brick.

Assembly Voltage transformer (USA only): If you are a customer from the U.S. you will find a voltage transformer to be able to connect the ventilation kit to 110V. You have to configure its input and output parameters following this steps: 1: Switch the input selection switch in the back of the transformer to 110V.

Assembly Mounting the additional table with- out hinges (for VO Edition package option or desk as an option): If you have bought the additional table or the VO Edition package you will see that there is a gap in the absorbers of the A2 brick that clearly indicate the position of the table.

If you purchased your booth without a Bass Trap and decide to install one later, you will have to remove the absorber from the D4 brick using a flat screwdriver to pry and release the clips.
