To send all data items from a single file mode (Schedule Keeper,
Reminder)
1. Display the initial screen of the mode that contains the data you want to send.
2. Press FUNCTION and then select "Send all records".
3. Input a number 1 or 2 to select the model to which you want to send the data.
At this time the message "READY TO SEND (Y/N)?" appears.
4. Press Y to send or N to abort.
To send listed records in the Schedule Keeper Mode
1. Enter the Schedule Keeper Mode and specify the items you want to send in the
index display contents.
See "To specify Schedule Keeper Mode index display contents" on page 39.
2. While the Schedule Keeper Mode index display is on the screen, press
FUNCTION and then select "Send listed records".
3. Input a number 1 or 2 to select the model to which you want to send the data.
At this time the message "READY TO SEND (Y/N)?" appears.
4. Press Y to send or N to abort.
I Data Synchronization
Use the following procedure to synchronize data entries between your Digital Diary
and a personal computer.
Data synchronization can be performed for the following modes: Telephone
Directory, Memo, Schedule Keeper, To Do, Reminder, Expense Manager.
To synchronize data for a single mode
1. Press the Digital Diary's SYNCHRONIZE key.
2. Press the mode key for the mode whose data you want to synchronize (TEL,
MEMO, SCHEDULE, TO DO, REMINDER, EXPENSE) to start.
You can press ESC to abort the above procedure.
The Home Time screen appears when the synchronization operation finishes.
To synchronize data for all modes
Important!
All-mode synchronization takes a long time to complete.
Press SHIFT SYNCHRONIZE to start synchronization of all modes.
The Home Time screen appears when the synchronization operation finishes.
