    Physical description / drawing of product The Super Saver Bunsen Jet brooder uses a heated ceramic element to direct radiant heat downward. The brooder uses a continuous flame when operating to heat the ceramic element. The unit uses a pilotless Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) system to ignite the flame. All controls are located in the controls enclosure.

    Place igniter assembly [6] onto burner mount plate [5]. Secure with two 8-32 X 1/2 screws [4] and 8/32 nuts [13] provided. 6.4. Support Ring Assembly For support ring assembly, see Figure 3, then follow these steps. Insert one stanchion suspension bracket [9] through each of the openings in the outside of the support ring [8].

    Maintenance Your Super Saver Bunsen Jet Radiant Brooder should be inspected before each use and at least annually by a qualified service person. The appliance area should be kept clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids. The gas hose should be inspected prior to each use of the brooder.
