    ADJUSTMENT This section explains how to adjust the strength equipment for exercising. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened each time the strength equipment is used. Replace any worn parts immediately. ADJUSTING THE SEAT To change the height of the seat, pull the seat knob, raise or lower the seat, and then engage the seat knob into the seat frame.
