(1) Check the left and right rollers for run on height. (R and F)

Roller
The run on height may be checked by referring to the figure shown below.
Gradually open the door until it goes to the highest position,
and measure the space between the bottom of the door
and the top of Btm hinge s ass' y.
Run on height
(2) Adjust the run on height by using the spacer kit. (R and F)
When run on
height is large.
Place the Door cam spacer.
When run on
height is small.
Attach the Roller spacer.
(3) Check balance between right and left regarding the door opening/closing force, self-closing force and Roller run
on height. If right and left door opening/closing operation are not balanced, proceed to (4) below.

Up to four Door cam spacers can be used.
Up to four Door cam spacers can be used.
Acceptable run on height
R door : 2.5～3.5 mm
F door : 3～4 mm
Difference in run on height between right and left Rollers
should be within 0.5 mm.
