    For Li-Ion batteries, a single discharging and charging cycle is sufficient. • We recommend carrying out the process when the battery capacity indic- ated on the charger or on a Leica Geosystems product deviates signific- antly from the actual battery capacity available.     Turn iCON gps 30 over to gain access to the battery compartment. Open the battery compartment by pushing the slide fastener in the direction of the arrow with the open-lock symbol. Pull out the battery housing. The battery is attached to the housing.
