HANDHABUNG SICHERHEITSMESSER
Handhabung: Mit dem Schieber lösen Sie die Klinge aus. Klingen-
spitze ins Schneidmaterial (z.B. Karton) einstechen, Daumen vom
Schieber nehmen (Abb. 1) und schneiden.
Klingenwechsel: Drücken Sie den Klingenwechselknopf von unten
hoch und ziehen Sie den Kunststoffeinsatz nach hinten aus dem
Griff heraus (Abb. 2). Klinge an der stumpfen Seite anfassen und mit
ihrer Hilfe die Klingenabdeckung nach oben hebeln. Die Abdeckung
verbleibt in der geöffneten Stellung (Abb. 3). Klinge entnehmen und
wenden oder wechseln. Achten Sie darauf, die Klinge wieder ge-
nau auf die Nocken zu legen. Klingenabdeckung schließen und den
Kunststoffeinsatz wieder zurück in den Griff schieben, am Ende Klin-
genwechselknopf herunterdrücken (Abb. 4). Linkshänder drehen die
Klinge um 180°. Wichtig: Befreien Sie das Produkt bitte regelmäßig
von Materialresten, damit der automatische Klingenrückzug nicht
beeinträchtigt wird! Prüfen Sie mit dem Schieber, ob der Klingenrück-
zug wieder einwandfrei funktioniert.
SAFETY KNIFE HANDLING
Handling: Extend the blade by moving the slider forward.Pierce the
material to be cut (e.g. cardboard) with the tip of the blade, take
thumb off the slider (fig. 1) and cut.
Blade Change: Press the blade change button pushing up from
below and remove the plastic insert from the rear of the handle
(Fig. 2). Hold the blunt side of the blade and use it to lift the bla-
de cover upwards. The cover remains in the open position (Fig.
3). Reverse or replace the blade. Make sure you position the bla-
de exactly over the locating lugs. Close the blade cover and push
the plastic insert back into the handle and then press down on the
blade change button (Fig. 4). Left-handers turn the blade 180°.
Important: To keep the automatic blade retraction fully active, it is
important to ensure that the knife is clean and free from any ma-
terial residue at any and all times! Work the slider to check that the
blade retraction is working smoothly.
UTILISATION COUTEAU DE SÉCURITÉ
Utilisation : Faire coulisser le curseur, amorcer la coupe en enga-
geant la lame dans la matière à couper (par ex. du carton), ôter le
pouce du curseur (repr. 1) et couper.
Changement de lame : appuyez sur le bouton de changement de
lame et tirez l'insert en plastique vers l'arrière pour le sortir du
manche (fig. 2). Tenez la lame du côté émoussé et utilisez-la pour
soulever la protection de la lame. La protection reste en position
ouverte (fig. 3). Retirez et retournez ou changez la lame. Veillez à
bien réinstaller la lame en la plaçant exactement sur l'ergot. Refer-
mez la protection de la lame et repoussez l'insert en plastique dans
le manche jusqu'à ce que le bouton de changement de lame re-
prenne sa position initiale (fig. 4). Les utilisateurs gauchers doivent
faire pivoter la lame de 180°. Attention : afin de ne pas altérer le
système de rétraction automatique de la lame, veillez à ôter régu-
lièrement les résidus de matières pouvant se trouver à l'intérieur
du couteau. Actionnez le curseur afin de vérifier le bon fonctionne-
ment du dispositif de rétraction.
MANEJO CUCHILLO DE SEGURIDAD
Manejo: Utilice el desplazador para sacar la hoja. Introducir la punta
de la hoja en el material de corte (por ejemplo, cartón), quitar el
pulgar del desplazador (fig. 1) y cortar.
Cambio de hoja: Presione el pulsador para cambio de hoja de abajo
arriba y tire del inserto de plástico hacia atrás con el mango (fig. 2).
Toque la hoja por el lado romo y, con su ayuda, haga palanca hacia
arriba con la cubierta de la hoja. La cubierta se queda en posición
abierta (fig. 3). Retire la hoja, gírela o cámbiela. Asegúrese de vol-
ver a colocar la hoja justo en la leva. Cierre la cubierta de la hoja y
coloque de nuevo el inserto de plástico en el mango. Finalmente,
presione hacia abajo el pulsador para cambio de hoja (fig. 4). Los
zurdos girarán la hoja 180°. Importante: Elimine periódicamente los
restos de materiales del producto para que la retracción automática
de la hoja no se vea afectada. Compruebe con el desplazador si la
retracción de la hoja funciona sin problemas.
GEBRUIK VEILIGHEIDSMES
Gebruik: Mesje naar voren schuiven. Steek de punt van het mesje
in het te snijden materiaal (bijv. karton), duim van de schuif nemen
(afb. 1) en snijden.
Mesjeswissel: Druk de mesjeswisselknop naar boven en trek het
binnenwerk van kunststof naar achteren uit de greep (afb. 2). Pak
het mesje aan de stompe zijde vast en til het mesafdekplaatje met
behulp van het mesje naar boven toe op. Het afdekplaatje blijft in
de geopende stand (afb. 3). Haal het mesje eruit en keer het om
of vervang het. Let erop dat u het mesje weer precies op de nok
plaatst. Sluit het mesafdekplaatje, schuif het binnenwerk van kunst-
stof weer terug in de greep en druk vervolgens de mesjeswissel-
knop in (afb. 4). Linkshandigen kunnen het mesje 180° draaien.
Voorzichtig: Om de werking van de automatic blade retraction te
waarborgen is het nodig het mes regelmatig schoon te maken.
Controleer door middel van de schuifknop of het terugtrekken van
het mesje weer correct functioneert.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

1. Allgemeine Anwendungshinweise: Bitte nutzen Sie das Pro-
dukt nur für manuelle Schneidarbeiten, stets sorgfältig und nicht
auf zweckentfremdete Weise. Achten Sie hierzu auf die korrekte
Handhabung und den richtigen Einsatz des Schneidwerkzeugs.
Als zusätzliche Schutzmaßnahme empfehlen wir das Tragen von
Handschuhen.
2. Besondere Anwendungshinweise zur Vermeidung von Verlet-
zungsgefahren: Lassen Sie beim Umgang mit dem Produkt immer
größte Vorsicht walten. Machen Sie sich vor dem ersten Gebrauch
mit der Sicherheitstechnik und ihrer Funktionsweise vertraut.
Überprüfen Sie auch vor jeder weiteren Verwendung das Mes-
ser auf einwandfreie Funktion. Benutzen Sie nur einwandfreie
Schneidwerkzeuge mit scharfer, sauberer und unbeschädigter
MARTOR-Klinge. Stellen Sie auch sicher, dass die Funktionsweise
des Messers nicht durch das zu schneidende Material bzw. durch
Verschmutzung oder Partikelanhaftung im Bereich der Klinge be-
einträchtigt wird. ACHTUNG, die Klinge ist scharf und kann zu er-
heblichen und tiefen Schnittverletzungen führen. Greifen Sie da-
her niemals in die Klinge! Platzieren Sie die zweite Hand nicht auf
dem Schneidweg des Messers und schneiden Sie grundsätzlich am
Körper vorbei.
3. Ersatzteilaustausch: Tauschen Sie stumpf gewordene Klingen
rechtzeitig aus! Verwenden Sie dazu nur MARTOR-Ersatzklingen.
Ausgewechselte Klingen sind fachgerecht zu entsorgen. Sie gehören
nicht in den Papiermüll, da sonst eine erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr
besteht. Führen Sie Reparaturen nie selbst aus. Weist das Schneid-
werkzeug Alterungs- oder sonstige Verschleißerscheinungen auf,
wie z. B. Funktionsstörungen bei der Sicherheitstechnik, beim Klin-
genwechsel oder in der Handhabung, muss es ausgemustert und
ersetzt werden. Veränderungen oder Manipulationen am Produkt
sind nicht erlaubt, da diese die Produktsicherheit beeinträchtigen.
ACHTUNG, hier ist die Verletzungsgefahr besonders hoch!
4. Nichtverwendung des Schneidwerkzeugs: Sichern Sie die Klin-
ge stets so (abhängig vom Produkttyp), dass Schnittverletzungen
ausgeschlossen sind. Bewahren Sie das Produkt an einem sicheren
Ort auf.
5. Pflegehinweise: Halten Sie das Schneidwerkzeug immer sauber
und setzen Sie es nicht unnötig Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit aus, um
eine lange Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten.

MANEGGIO DEL COLTELLO DI SICUREZZA
Utilizzo: Utilizzare la slitta per sbloccare la lama. Inserire la punta
della lama nel materiale da tagliare (ad es. cartone), rimuovere il
pollice dalla slitta (fig. 1) e tagliare.
Cambio lama: Premere il pulsante di sostituzione della lama dal bas-
so verso l'alto e spostare all'indietro l'inserto di plastica dell'impu-
gnatura (fig. 2). Tenere la lama dal lato non tagliente e usarlo per
sollevare il coprilama. Il coprilama resta aperto (fig. 3). Rimuovere la
lama e capovolgerla o sostituirla. Assicurarsi di riposizionare la lama
esattamente sulla camma. Chiudere il coprilama e spingere l'inserto
di plastica nell'impugnatura; al termine spingere in basso il pulsan-
te di sostituzione della lama (fig. 4). Le persone mancine ruotano
la lama di 180°. Importante: Per garantire che la funzione di sicu-
rezza del dispositivo automatico di rientro lama rimanga intatto è
necessario pulire il coltello eliminando regolarmente dal medesimo
i residui di materiali rimasti depositati. Controlli con il cursore, che il
ritorno della lama funzioni nuovamente senza problemi.
KULLANIM GÜVENLI BIÇAKLAR
Kullanım: Sürgüyle ucu çıkartırsınız. Bıçak ucunu kesilecek malzeme

Uç Değişimi: Bıçak değiştirme düğmesine alttan yukarı basınız ve
plastik parçayı arkaya doğru saptan dışarı çıkartınız (Şek. 2). Bıçağı
kör tarafıyla tutunuz ve bunun yardımıyla bıçak kapağını yukarı doğru
kaldırınız. Kapak açık konumda kalır: (Şek. 3). Bıçağı alınız ve çeviriniz
veya değiştiriniz. Bıçağı yeniden tam olarak kam üstüne koymaya
dikkat ediniz. Bıçak kapağını kapatınız ve plastik parçayı yeniden sap
içine itiniz, sonunda bıçak değiştirme düğmesini aşağı basınız (Şek.
4). Sol elini kullananlar bıçağı 180° çevirir. Önemli: Otomatik emniyet
işlevinin tam aktif olması için kesici ucun her defasında temiz olması
gereklidir! Tuşu iterek geri çekme mekanizmasının çalışıp çalışmadığı-
nı kontrol ediniz.
UŻYTKOWANIE NOŻA BEZPIECZNEGO
Obsługa: zwolnić ostrze za pomocą suwaka. Czubek ostrza wbić
w cięty materiał (np. karton), zdjąć kciuk z suwaka (Rys. 1) i wy-
konać cięcie.
Wymiana ostrza: nacisnąć przycisk wymiany ostrza od dołu i wy-
ciągnąć wkład z tworzywa sztucznego z uchwytu do tyłu (Rys. 2).
Przytrzymać ostrze z tępej strony i z jego pomocą podnieść pokry-
wę ostrza do góry. Pokrywa pozostaje w pozycji otwartej (Rys. 3).
Wyjąć i obrócić ostrze lub je wymienić. Należy zwrócić uwagę na to,
aby ostrze zostało ułożone z powrotem dokładnie na krzywkach.
Zamknąć pokrywę ostrza i ponownie wsunąć wkład z tworzywa
sztucznego w uchwyt, naciskając przycisk wymiany ostrza na koń-
cu (Rys. 4). Osoby leworęczne obracają ostrze o 180°.
UWAGA: W celu zapewnienia bezawaryjnego działania mecha-
nizmu bezpieczeństwa należy regularnie czyścić nóż i usuwać
z niego resztki ciętych materiałów. Przy pomocy suwaka należy
regularnie sprawdzać czy mechanizm automatycznego chowania
ostrza działa poprawnie!
A BIZTONSÁGI VÁGÓ HASZNÁLATA
Használata: A pengekinyomóval oldja ki a pengét. A penge hegyét
szúrja bele a vágandó anyagba (pl. karton), majd vegye le a hü-
velykujját a pengekinyomóról (1. ábra) és vágjon.
Pengecsere: Alulról nyomja felfelé a pengecserélő gombot, és
hátrafelé húzza ki a műanyag betétet a nyélből (2. ábra). Fog-
ja meg a pengét az életlen oldalánál, és a segítségével emelje
felfelé a pengefedelet. A fedél ebben a nyitott állásban marad
(3. ábra). Vegye ki a pengét, majd fordítsa meg vagy cserélje ki.
Ügyeljen arra, hogy a pengét pontosan a bütykökre helyezze visz-
sza. Zárja be a pengefedelet, és tolja vissza a műanyag betétet a
nyélbe, végül nyomja le a pengecserélő gombot (4. ábra). A balke-
zesek fordítsák el a pengét 180°-kal. Fontos: Távolítsa el rendsze-
resen az anyagmaradványokat az automatikus pengevisszahúzó
szerkezet zavartalan működése érdekében. Ellenőrizze a penge-
kinyomóval a pengevisszahúzó szerkezet megfelelő működését.
MANIPULACE S BEZPEČNOSTNÍM NOŽEM
Manipulace: Posunovačem vysuňte čepel. Špičku čepele zasuňte
do řezaného materiálu (např. kartonu), palec zdvihněte z posuno-
vače (obr. 1) a řežte.
Výměna čepele: Stiskněte tlačítko pro výměnu čepele zdola smě-
rem nahoru a vytlačte plastovou část dozadu z rukojeti (obr. 2).
Čepel přitiskněte na tupé straně a pomocí krytu čepele zdvihněte.
Kryt zůstává v otevřené poloze (obr. 3). Vyjměte čepel a obraťte ji
nebo vyměňte. Pečlivě ji uložte zpět přesně na výstupek. Uzavřete
kryt čepele a plastovou část zasouvejte zpět do rukojeti, dokud tla-
čítko pro výměnu čepele opět nezacvakne (obr. 4). Leváci otočí če-
pel o 180°. Důležité: Pro plné zachování automatické bezpečnostní
funkce je důležité se vždy ujistit, že je nůž čistý a beze zbytků ma-
teriálu! Vyzkoušejte posunovač a zkontrolujte, zda je automatický
systém zpětného zatažení čepele plně funkční.

1. General application instructions: Please always use the product
carefully for manual cutting work only and not for any purposes
other than those that are intended. Please take the correct han-
dling and the proper use of the knives into account in this regard.
As an additional safety measure, we recommend the wearing of
safe gloves.
2. Special application instructions to avoid the danger of injuries:
Always take great care when handling the product. Before first
use, familiarise yourself with the safety technology and how it
works. Before every further use, check the knife for proper func-
tioning. Only use cutting tools that are in perfect condition with
sharp, clean and undamaged MARTOR blades. Also make sure that
the knife's operation is not impaired by the material to be cut or
by dirt or particle deposits around the blade. CAUTION: The blade
is sharp and can result in serious and deep cuts. Therefore, never
reach into the blade! Do not place your free hand in the line of cut-
ting and never cut directly towards you.
3. Replacement of spare parts: Replace any blades that become
dull at the right time! Use only the replacement blades from
MARTOR for this purpose. Dispose of old blades in a proper fashion.
They should not be placed in a waste paper bin, as this poses a
considerable danger of injuries. Never perform any repairs your-
self. If the knife shows signs of aging or any other wear, e.g. which
impair safety features, blade changing or usage, the knife must
be taken out of service and replaced. Do not modify this product
in any way. Modifications of any kind may impair product safety.
CAUTION: The risk of injury caused by manipulation of this product
is extremely high.
4. Non-use of the knife: Always secure the blade in such a
way (depending on product type) that injuries due to cuts are ex-
cluded. Store the knife in a secure place.
5. Care instructions: To guarantee a long service life, always keep
the knife clean and do not expose it to unnecessary soiling and
humidity.
CAUTION: No liability will be assumed for consequential loss-
es. Subject to technical changes and errors! This knife does not
belong in the hands of children!
