Servicing
Drive unit
Remove the wheel covers and clean the wheels. Refer to
on page 32 .
Examine if the cap for the USB outlet is attached correctly.
Charge the battery fully before you put the product into storage. Refer to
charge the battery on page 27 .

Examine the wheel brushes
ry or replace them if they are worn. Refer to
page 33 .
Examine the rubber grommets on the chassis to make sure that it is sealed
correctly.
Examine and clean the collision columns.
Do a check of the tightening torque of chassis screws. Examine the thread in-
serts.
Open the motor lid and do a check if there is leakage.
Examine and clean the airflow filter.
Replace the airflow filter.
Open the chassis and replace the sealing strip.
Open the motor lid and replace the gasket.
Cutting deck
Examine the blades and replace the blades and blade screws if it is necessary.
Replacement of the blades and blade discs on page 32 .

Examine and polish the charging plates.
Examine bellows for cutting discs and for the front wheels.
Examine the ultrasonic sensors and tighten the screws.
Examine the rubber grommets in the electronic boxes.
Examine and clean the collision columns.
Remove the protection plate and clean the inner side.
Examine the skid plate and skid plate bearing.
Lubricate the cutting height adjustment motors.
Examine the wheels for wear.
Examine the bearings in the front wheels and wheel holders.
Lubricate the interface between the drive unit and the cutting deck and examine
them for wear.
Calibrate the cutting height.
