ご使用上の注意
警告
１. 電気が流れている個所には使用しないでください。
２. 成型確認機構を持たない簡易型圧着工具です。
信頼性を担保すべき作業には使用できません。

１. 仕様・適応サイズ以外に使用しないでください。
２. 圧着不良が原因で起こるいかなる損害についても、
当社は一切責任を負いかねます。
３. 圧着不良を防ぐために定期的な点検を実施してくだ
さい。
ご使用方法
収納に便利なストッパー付き。収納時には、
ハンドルを強く握った状態でストッパーを押し
込みます。ストッパーを先に押し込むと破損し
ます。
ハンドルを軽く握るとストッパーは解除になり、
使用できます。

長くお使いいただくために
ピンおよび摺動部には定期的に注油してください。摩耗
を防ぎます。各部の摩耗によるガタつきは圧着不良の
原因になります。

This is a crimping tool for crimping open barrel terminals.
Application
Open barrel terminals
Applicable wire AWG #30-#14
Precautions
Warning
1. Do not use on energized places.
2. These pliers have no ratchet mechanism. Do
not use for reliable work that must be warranted.
Caution
1. Do not use for other than specified.
2. We are not responsible for any unexpected
contingencies due to incomplete crimp.
3. Carry out periodic inspection to prevent
incomplete crimp.
Operation
With stopper, useful when store. Depress the stopper
while squeezing the handles tightly to prevent the
handles expand after use. Do not depress the stop-
per prior to squeezing the handles.
Squeezing the handles gently makes them free.
【Crimping the core wire】

Put a terminal in the cavity of the tool and
squeeze the handles a little to hold the terminal.

Insert the stripped wire into the terminal and crimp.
【Crimping the insulation】
1
Put a terminal in the cavity of the tool and squeeze the
handles a little to hold the terminal.

Complete crimping with scrupulous care not to
break the insulation.
Daily care
Lubricate the hinge and the moving parts periodically to
prevent wear. Wear of the moving parts could cause an
incomplete crimp.
