11.5-ounce (339 ml) can berry juice concentrate (found in juice aisle)
1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
1 cup (250 ml) frozen strawberries
Place all ingredients in blender jar; cover. Press Button 1 for 45 seconds or until desired
consistency. Makes 30 ounces (900 ml).
Frothy Pineapple-Banana Smoothie

1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
