We have a Honeywell Home Pro Series thermostat and a gas furnace. Our home was built about 2 years ago. For the last month or so our heat cuts off at times. It was 59 degrees in our home again this morning (****outside). It cuts off occasionally for several hours then works normally for days. We reviewed manual several times but can not find the problem. Suggestions please?

I accidentally locked my Honeywell Pro Series controller. I have no idea what the pin is. Is there a default PIN? Is there a way to reset it?
