C) Database the NetGuardian to use a T/Mon Pager
for field explanations.
c. Next hit F1 for devices and verify that the firmware version of the
NetGuardian added to the T/Mon.
4. Return to the Master Menu
a. Select Quit 3 times to return to the Master Menu.
1. Connect to the NetGuardian Web Browser interface
a. Open a Web Browser to the NetGuardian IP address.
b. Log on the appropriate password for the NetGuardian. (The
default is 'dpstelecom')
2. Database a T/Mon pager in the NetGuardian
a. Click the 'Edit' Link
b. Click the 'Pagers' Link
c. Choose an available pager position. This would best work as the
lowest pager ID currently having the Type set to "Off"
d. Set the Type to "T/Mon"
e. Set the Phone/Domain to the phone number of the phone line
physically connected to the port data based in step A.
f. Set the Pin/Rcpt/Port to the NetGuardian Site Number used in
step B.1.c
g. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the "Submit Data"
button.
