Change the Extension

Before you begin
Connect to the base station web page as described in
The base station needs to be connected to the network and the green LED lit.
Procedure
Step 1
Click Extensions.
Step 2 In the IPEI column, click the link for the phone.
Step 3
Configure the terminal fields, as described in
Step 4 Click Save.
Change the Extension
You can configure each extension on the handset. Extension information includes the user's name and password,
the phone number, voicemail, and some features.

Security

The system hardware has Manufacturing Installed Certificates (MIC) already installed. But you may want to
increase the security of your system.
To increase security, you need custom certificates that have been generated by a Certificate Authority (CA).
