Installation sequence.
1. Select degree of door.Use dimensions shown in chart to mark
2. Assemble main arm to closer spindle
3. Attach closer body to door with speed regulating valves toward
(180mm)
4. Attach the foot of the forearm to frame.
(100mm)
5. Adjust length of forearm to position forearm at right angle to frame.
6. Snap pinion cap over spindle at bottom of closer.
7. Adjust door closer speed,Backcheck /Delayed action.
8. Loosen the Hex nut at the elbow of the forearm by wrench.

Attention:
Adjust closing speed time between 4 to 6 seconds from 90° opening.
Use of the door by handicapped, elderly or small children may require
longer closing time.

Then tighten the screw of forearm.
Open the door to the angle you need, and then tighen the hex Nut
to hold the door open.

Regulating backcheck

Turn BC regulating vave clockwise to
increase or counter clockwise to decrease.
Never close ths valve completely.

Caution:
Do not back valves out of
closer or a leak will result.
