Checking/Changing the Status of Receive and
Forwarded Jobs
You can check the details of received documents stored in memory, as well as the
status of forwarded jobs and receive jobs.
NOTE
•
If Job Log Display in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) is set to
'Off', <Activity Report (RX)>, [Details], and [Print List] on the Receive screen are not
displayed on the System Monitor screen.
•
Up to 100 documents for the total of send and receive jobs combined can be displayed
on the job log (Activity Report (RX)) screen.

Checking Receive Job Details

You can check the detailed information of any received job, such as the destination
and the date and time the job was received.

Checking/Changing the Status of Receive and Forwarded Jobs

Press [System Monitor].
If necessary, see the screen shot in step 1 of "Checking Send Job Details," on
p. 8-2.
Press [Receive] ➞ select a job whose detailed information you
want to check ➞ press [Details].
Check the details of the selected job.
