What should I do if I cannot find any memory card icons in the Computer window?
The Memory Stick Duo icon and the SD / MMC icon do not appear in the Computer window before you insert either of the
media. Insert a Memory Stick or a memory card. It may take some time but both icons eventually appear in the Computer
window.
What should I do if I cannot use a Memory Stick that was formatted on a VAIO computer
on other devices?
You may need to reformat your Memory Stick.
Formatting a Memory Stick erases all data, including music data previously saved on it. Before you reformat a Memory Stick,
back up important data and confirm that the Memory Stick does not contain files you want to keep.
1 Copy the data from the Memory Stick onto your built-in storage device to save data or images.
2 Format the Memory Stick by following the steps in To format a Memory Stick
Why can't I save music files onto my Memory Stick?
Copyright protected music can only be checked out to the Memory Stick with the MagicGate logo.
