If it is interrupted or failed to install the driver software, uninstall it.
After the driver software has been uninstalled, install the driver software again.
Display the "Device Manager" window.

Plug this product into the USB port of your PC.
Double-click [PC] on the desktop or Start menu.
Click [Computer] - [System properties] from the menu, and start "Device Manager".
