Delete the "Universal Serial Bus controller".

Right-click on "M538F USB High Speed Serial Converter" displayed under the
"Universal Serial Bus controllers" group, and select "Uninstall" from the right-click
menu.
Deleting the "Universal Serial Bus controller"
Uninstall the driver software.

When the "Confirm Device Uninstall" dialog box appears, select the "Delete the
driver software for this device" check box and click [OK].
After uninstalling, click the
