Step 7: Changing the Display
Language
The language used in the camcorder displays and menu items can be changed to
German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese,
Korean or Japanese.

DISPLAY SETUP/

1. Turn the POWER switch to CAMERA or PLAY (VCR).
2. Press the MENU button.
3. Turn the SET dial to select [DISPLAY SETUP/
dial.
4. Turn the SET dial to select [LANGUAGE
5. Turn the SET dial to select a language and press the SET dial.
6. Press the MENU button.
If you have mistakenly changed the language, follow the
menu item to change the setting.
The displays "
names on the camcorder and will not change when you change the language.
