IMPORTANT
Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and
place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

  • Page 2 Assembly Instructions 2/10 IMPORTANT Ÿ Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Ÿ Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Ÿ Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled. Ÿ The unit must be level to work properly.
  • Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/10 Cam Lock STEP 2 Orientate Base (C) so Arrow labels on Base (C) point to Plinths (D) and (E), then attach Plinths (D) and (E) to Base (C) with Cam Locks. (See Figure 3) Arrow labels point to Plinths (D) and (E) Figure 3 STEP 3 Attach Back Panel (F)
  • Page 4 Assembly Instructions 4/10 Cam Lock Screw STEP 5 Insert Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes in Plinth (K), Side Panels (L), (M) and Back Stretcher (O), then tighten. STEP 6 Attach Middle Panel (N) to Base (J) with Head Cap Bolts. (See Figure 4) Arrow label at front Note: Arrow label indicates front of Middle Panel (N).
  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions 5/10 STEP 7 Attach Side Panel (L) to unit with Cam Locks and Wood Screw for Plinth. Attach Front Rail (P) to unit with Cam Lock. Wood Screw for Plinth Cam Lock STEP 8 Cam Lock Attach Back Stretcher (O) to unit with Cam Lock.
  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions 6/10 STEP 9 Attach Side Panel (M) to unit with Cam Locks and Wood Screw for Plinth. Cam Lock Wood Screw for Plinth Head Cap Bolt STEP 10 Turn unit to its upright position. Attach Top (B) to unit with Head Cap Bolts.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions 7/10 Cam Lock Screw STEP 11 Insert Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes in Supports (S), then tighten. Cam Lock STEP 12 Attach Supports (S) to Support (R) with Cam Locks. STEP 13 Attach unit form Step 12 to unit from Step 10.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions 8/10 Head Cap Bolt (short) Cam Lock Cam Lock Screw STEP 14 Turn unit from Step 4 to its upright position. Insert Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes in unit from Step 4, then tighten. Attach unit form Step 4 to unit from Step 13 with Cam Locks and Head Cap Bolts (short).
  • Page 9 Assembly Instructions 9/10 Drawer (Z) Wood Screw (long) Bottom STEP 16 Attach Drawer Front (Z1) and Drawer Back (Z2) to Drawer Side (Z3) with Wood Screws (long). Attach Drawer Side (Z4) to unit with Roller at back Wood Screws (long). Wood Screw (short) STEP 17 Slide Drawer Bottom (Z5) into groove.
  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions 10/10 Machine Screw Handle Adjustable Pin STEP 19 Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels at desired level. Place Shelves (Y) into position. Attach Doors (V) and (W) to unit by sliding door hinges into side panel hinges. Attach Handles to Doors (V) and (W) with Machine Screws. (See Figure 6) Slide Drawers (Z) into position.
