When you assign a component video input to the HDMI input via the Input Assign menu, component video
signals are not converted to HDMI video signals and are not output from the HDMI OUT jack. Component
video signals are output from the COMPONENT VIDEO MONITOR OUT jack. In this case, the resolution
of the GUI output is set to "480p" for both component video input and HDMI video input.
Notes
• You cannot assign optical signals from an input
source to the optical input jacks on the receiver, and
you cannot assign coaxial signals from the input
source to the coaxial input jacks on the receiver.
• When you assign the digital audio input, the
INPUT MODE setting may change automatically.
• You cannot reassign more than one HDMI input to
the same input.
