Demontieren der Serien – Auspuffanlage /

Entfernen Sie die Sitzbank und die vordere Seitenverkleidung. Demontieren Sie im Anschluss die hintere Seitenverkleidung

(Abb. 1 / 2).

Remove the seat bench and the front side covering. In the next step remove the rear side covering (pic.1 / 2).

Lösen Sie die Halterschraube und die Schelle des Serienschalldämpfers und nehmen diesen ab (Abb. 3 / 4).

Loosen the bracket screw and the clamp of the serial muffler and remove it (pic.3 / 4).

Im Anschluss montieren Sie das REMUS Verbindungsrohr (Abb. 7 / 8). Mount the REMUS header, the flange connection, the bracket and the lambda probe.
Page 3 Hitzeschutzscheibe (Abb. 5 - 7). Now install the REMUS sport exhaust on the connection tube. Hook the springs and tighten the bracket screw and the clamps. Remount all side coverings as well as the seat bench. For the side coverings bracket, please use the supplied heat protection disc (pic.5 - 7).
Page 4 Um das gepflegte Aussehen verchromten sowie schwarz lackierten Bauteile auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, ist eine einfache Reinigung notwendig. Vor allem Salzablagerungen müssen umgehend mit Wasser entfernt werden. Slightly tighten the clamp- and bolted connections. Align the REMUS sport exhaust and tighten the connections. Start the engine and test the whole system for leaks.
