Running temperatures visualization

Every time during standard oven usage (cooking, cleaning, manual cool down, initial page, manual boiler draining) it is possible to
visualize the actual value for all temperature inputs and other significant data by pressing a combination of buttons in the numerical
keyboard as follow.
• A mnemonic label is showed on the red big display (normally reserved to cavity set temperature). The actual value is showed in
the white big display (normally reserved for time/food probe).
• According to specific model in use, some data may be not available. A value "—" is showed in these cases.
Example, boiler temperature is not showed on boilerless models.
