Clearing Paper Jams

When roll paper gets jammed in the printer, printing stops and you see a
message on the LCD display. Follow these steps to clear a
PAPER JAM
paper jam:
1. Open the roll paper cover and cut the paper at the insertion slot.
2. Make sure the Pause light is not flashing, then release the paper lever.
If the paper lever is locked, press and hold the
