In order to protect your rights, please take good care of the warranty certificate and invoice after
purchasing this product, which are the important document for RMA.

The whole machine is warranted for one year since unboxed. If there is product quality problem
during the warranty period, please contact your local dealer, and our customer service will help you
solve the problem as soon as possible.
3.
During the warranty period, ITD SAFETY reserve the rights to refuse the warranty service. 3.1
Product failure or damage caused by improper use;
3.2 Incomplete product packaging and instructions, damaged product labels, missing or altered
invoices;
3.3 Damage caused by disassembly and repair by non-certified service personnel;
3.4 Damage caused by force majeure.
