(X2) Foot switch (Product Sensor 1)

The foot switch starts a labeling cycle. The start of the 3-roll system, the labeling as well
as the stopping and approval of the product belong to the labeling cycle.

(X10) Display (HMI)

A display is connected to the labeling station. For further information on display s. page
56.
When using an optional USB-connection, the adjustments can also be arranged by a PC.

Arrange then a label calibration.
Procedure
Push 2x the button [].Firstly the main menu is displayed, then the automa-
tic mode.
Push the button []. The Teach mode is displayed.
Push the button [] to start manual balancing.
Guide the label web with a gap between the fork light barrier and confirm the
shown max.-value with the button [].
Guide the label web with a label between the fork light barrier and confirm
the shown min.-value with the button [].
Push 2x the button [] to store the values. The display shows the symbol

[ ].
Push 2x the button [] and stop balancing by pushing the button [].
Arrange then a label calibration.
Connect the HMI- display only when the labeler is turned off or
disconnect the power to avoid damages at the system.
