THE SHIFT BUTTON Let’s spend a few minutes getting acquainted with the fundamental fea- tures of the Nord Electro 6. In this chapter some of the most common tasks and scenarios will be described in a stepwise fashion. Many panel controls on the Nord Electro 6 have a second- ary function, which is printed immediately below it. -

Instead, the sample selection for the current piano is adjusted so that a softer sample is selected for a given velocity, giving the sound an intimate and subdued quality. -
