Rotisserie Removal Tool.
Use the Rotisserie Removal Tool to remove the hot cooked food and Rotisserie
Spit Assembly. Have a platter placed nearby to receive the food. Always use cau-
tion when working with a hot oven. Hot pads are recommended.

Use care when opening the oven door, oven,
accessory, and food will be hot. Position the
Rotisserie Removal Tool beneath the left
and right sides of the spit.
The tool will fit directly into
the grooves in the spit.

Use the removal tool to carefully lift the
left side of the spit. Once the spit has
cleared the Rotisserie Catch, rotate
slightly and pull the right side of
the spit from the Rotisserie Mount.

Carefully remove the Rotisserie
Spit Assembly and food from
cooking chamber.
Recommended internal temperature for rotisserie meats
Chicken
Duck
Pork
Beef
Lamb & Veal
Fish
