C: Current Monitor (Antenna current and therefore calculated-Field [dBpT]):
The current monitor is the antenna current measurement with a current probe connected to a measurement
receiver. This instrument will measure the transferred ac voltage. The selected AC current instrument must be
able to measure up to 100kHz.
Note: The most h-Field verification are performed at very low field levels 110 dBpT = 0.25A/m . Using a radiating
loop with an antenna factor of 76.3, the resulting antenna current is in the range 2..3mA. To measure such small
signal it is necessary to use a multimeter or receiverwith a resolution of these levels. A scope may not be
sufficient.
