WARNING:The heatsink becomes very hot when the system is On. Never touch the heatsink with any
metal or with your hands.

Removing a DIMM

1. See "Removing the Housing" on page 54. (Remove the left panel only)
2. Press the latches on both sides of the DIMM socket outward, to release the DIMM.
3. Then gently lift the DIMM out to remove it.

Removing the RTC Battery

1. See "Removing the Housing" on page 54. (Remove the left panel only)
2. Put the housing to lying position with the open area facing upward.
3. Release the latch to release the RTC battery.
