9.12 Assembling the control cable
LiR/LiRX
For products with S/N: 20151000001- (536LiR,
536LiRX).

Place the bottom section of the cabling in the
battery housing and connect the connector to the
control unit.
See figure 29b.

Assemble the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the wear guard under the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the keypad. Make sure the surface is
clean.
Plug in the connector and connect the cable to
the main switch, place the parts in the operating
handle. NB! Make sure to apply grease to the
contact surfaces and also the connector, see
service data.
See figure 30b.

Lay the cable in place in the operating handle and
fasten the cable holders (2x) with the screws (4x).
Tightening torque 1 Nm.

Assemble the throttle trigger lock and throttle trigger.
Refer to "Assembling the throttle trigger lock and
throttle trigger".

Assemble the operating handle.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".
8
Lay the cable in place in the wear guard and
assemble the handle arm.
See figure 32 and "Basic dismantle/assembly".
9
Hook on the control cable to the clip and wear
guard. Replace any damaged clips.
