8.1 Changing a trimmer cord cutter

Always replace a worn trimmer cord cutter with
a new one.
Loosen the screws (2x) and replace the trimmer
cord cutter on each side.
Tightening torque 3 ~ 4 Nm.

8.2 Dismantling the trimmer guard

Loosen the screw (A) and unhook the trimmer
guard from is attachment (B).

Loosen the screw (C) in order to remove the trim-
mer guard fitting.
See figure 3
Cleaning and inspection
Clean and check carefully all components. Parts
must be replaced if cracked or showing signs of
other defects. Always use original spare parts.
