1. The pressure cooker is made from
high-quality 18/8 stainless steel with
a sandwiched base that makes it
more durable as well as providing
uniform heating, energy effi ciency and
expedited cooking times. The pressure
cooker is suitable for induction, electric
and gas stoves.
2. The gasket is made from durable
silicone rubber which is airtight, non-
toxic, sanitary and will not alter the
fl avor of food.
3. Safety Devices
• Pressure control valve: used to release
pressure before opening the lid safely.
• Lid lock & overpressure plug: if the lid
is not closed completely, the pressure
cooker's internal pressure will not
exceed 5 kPa.

If the pressure exceeds the plug's
working pressure (150±10 kPa), it will
open automatically to release excess
pressure.
• Decompression window: if the
pressure exceeds the gasket's exhaust
pressure, the gasket will be activated
to drop the pressure quickly.
• The pressure display system: this
indicator displays the pressure inside
the cooker by using blue and red
color coding. The red color indicates
the pressure cooker is not operating
normally—please shut off the heat
source immediately and let cool.
After cooling, please check the
pressure control valve & steam
release valve for any obstructions or
abnormalities.

u otros cereales, guisantes, fi deos,
macarrones, espaguetis o ruibarbo.
Estos alimentos tienden espuma, la
espuma pueden bloquear el valvula de
liberación de presión.
Para asegurar la tapa, presione el
botón de desbloqueo en la placa
frontal con dos dedos. Coloque la
tapa en la parte superior de la olla
de manera uniforme en la junta para
formar un sello uniforme. Con la tapa
en la posición correcta, presione el
botón de bloqueo con dos dedos para
bloquear y asegurar la tapa.

Coloque la olla a presión en su fuente
de calefacción. Cuando empiece a salir
una cantidad constante de vapor de la
válvula de descarga de vapor, baje el
calor para reducir la cantidad de vapor
que se escapa para ahorrar energía
al cocinar, luego consulte el "Tiempo
de cocción" hasta que haya comida
terminado.
Antes de abrir la tapa, apague o retire
la olla a presión de su fuente de calor.
Deja que se enfríe naturalmente. Cuando
baje el tapón de sobrepresión, es seguro
presionar el botón de desbloqueo y quitar
la tapa.
