Using the answering machine

– stops playback and returns the machine to standby. All messages
are saved.

to delete the message you are listening to.

Delete all played messages

You can delete all played messages.
For instance if you have played 3 out of 6 new messages you can stop
playback and delete only the 3 messages played.

Message forwarding

Set your BT PaperJet 35 to call another phone, such as your mobile, to
let you listen to any new messages.
As well as setting the phone number to be called, you can also set the
time and whether the call is to be once only or once every day.
You must first record a Forwarding message. A typical message might be
"You have new message".
