(1) Up / Down
Use this to cycle through the phone menu and
adjust volume.
(2) 3-Way Conference Enable 3-way conference.
Deny changes, cancel phone calls, ignore phone

calls and backspace.
(4) Call History Access the call history.
(5) Numeric Keypad
Input alphanumeric characters.
Displays menu, time, clock, name, phone number
(6) LCD Display
and call status.
(7) LED Indicator Indicates that phone is currently in use or ringing.
(8) Voice Message
Check voice messages.
(9) OK / Right Save settings, exit menu, and dial.
(10) Menu Access the phone menu.
Access the Response Point features and

Button
(12) Transfer Transfer the person you are currently having a
conversation with to another line.
(13) Hold Place a person on Hold or answer a call waiting.
(14) Mute/Function Disable the phone's microphone so the person on
the other line can not hear anything, access the
language selection, access the time format.
(15) Speaker Phone Enables you to use the phone without using the
handset.
