Sometimes certain faults detected can be easily resolved.
Before calling the Technical Assistance Service, bear in mind
the following advice:

Re-install correctly
Use a dry, soft cloth to dry
the ignition electrode
gnite again and hold the
knob down for 3-5 seconds
after the flame has ignited
Ensure the gas valve is
fully open
Re-install these
components correctly
Clean the dirt out of the
burner holes
Dry the ignition electrode
and remove any dirt
