- Page 5 Display Cabinet Manual Connect the unit only to the correct power source. Make certain the main power switch on the cabinet is in the 'OFF' position when plugging into power source. 3. Install the racks Install the clips in all four corners at the same height, as desired. The unit is provided with two (2) racks and eight (8) clips which can be installed to accommodate different size packaging.

Clean all surfaces with a non-abrasive food safe cleaner. This appliance should not be cleaned with a water jet.
