Methods to Handle
Please confirm that no keys are pressed. The
last window displays pressed keys. 8-5 means
the key in the 8th column from the left and 5th
row from the top is pressed.
Take away the printed label paper. If there is still
a problem, refer to the Gap Paper Print
Problems section
Re-install the paper and make sure the printhead
is closed tight
Please wait for a few seconds and try again
Re-install plain paper or the paper type does not
match
Reinstall label paper or paper type cannot match.
If there is still a problem, refer to the Gap Paper
Print Problems section
The paper type does not match. Change the type
to plain paper or reinstall the gap label paper. If
there is still a problem, refer to the Gap Paper
Print Problems section
Label paper is used up or paper type does not
match with set paper type, reinstall the label
paper
