A message will warn you of what you are going to do. Click on the
OK button of the message when you're sure.

Another message will show. If the drive content is not empty you can erase the old
firmware before downloading the new one. This is the preferred solution, so click
on Yes button.

The download process will start. A message output window will
report what is happening. This is a long process (1-5 minutes) so
please be patient.
A progress bar will report the download progress for each module
you selected.
An Abort button gets enabled in order to stop the process. If you
"abort" the process the firmware installation process will be
incomplete and the drive is not guaranteed to work again next
time you reboot!!!

When the software is downloaded the installation process inside
the GT5000 drive needs to be activated. In order to do so you will be prompted
for a remote drive reboot request. Make sure this drive is not used by anyone!!

Now you will have to wait for the installation process to complete.
You will have no feedback from now till the installation completes.
It is a quite long process so please be patient.
A Cancel Wait button is available if you want to stop waiting for
drive reboot (Not Recommended!).
