13 . TROUBLESHOOTING

If a problem or concern occurs, please check the following prior to consulting your dealer.
Trouble
The ball bearings are damaged.
Spindle does not
run.
Motor is broken.
Cutting debris has contaminated
the ball bearing, and the ball

Cause
Inspection /Corrective Action
Replace the ball bearings.

Replace the motor.

Check air hose connection and air pressure.
Replace the tool.
Replace the ball bearings.

Check and clean the collet and collet nut. And,
tighten the collet accurately again.

Secure the collet and the collet nut correctly.
Replace the collet and the collet nut.
Replace the spindle shaft.

Clean the collet, collet nut and the inside of the
taper and spindle.
Replace the ball bearings.
