Recommendation
1) Identify the color causing the problem and replace
that
toner cartridge.
2) Replace the OPC belt cartridge.
1) Initiate a test print from the control panel.
2) Check that the toner cartridges are installed
correctly.
3) Check that the toner cartridges are not empty.
4) Adjust the color by using the custom setting in the
driver. Colors the printer can display and colors you
see on a monitor are different. The printer may not
be able to reproduce the colors on your monitor.
5) Check to ensure the specified paper was used.
Replace the OPC belt cartridge.
1) Replace the Oil Bottle.
2) Replace the Fuser Cleaning Roller.
1) Change to the recommended type of transparency,
and then check that the problem is solved.
2) Check that the media type mode is selected
correctly.
1) Check that the OPC Belt Cartridge is installed
correctly.
2) Replace the OPC Belt Cartridge.
