Caution
You will clear a print quality problem by replacing the drum unit with a
new one if the Drum lamp is on. The drum unit is at the end of its life.
Recommendation
You may clear the problem by wiping the scanner
windows with a soft cloth.

Make sure that you use paper that meets the
specifications. Rough surface or thick media can
cause the problem.
If you still have the same problem and the Drum
lamp is on, replace the drum unit with a new one.
