Printing fax messages

Once you print a new fax message stored in
memory it will automatically be erased from
the memory.
a
Press Play. After two seconds, the fax
machine begins to play voice
messages.

If Fax Storage is on and there are fax
messages in memory the LCD displays
the following:
Print Fax
1.Yes 2.No
c
Do one of the following:
Press 1 to print your faxes.
Press 2 to exit without printing.

Erasing incoming messages

To erase voice messages individually
a
Press Play.
The machine will sound a two second
beep and begins message playback.
Each message is preceded by one long
beep and followed by two short beeps.

To erase a specific message, press
Erase immediately after the two short
beeps or while the message is playing.
c
Do one of the following:
Erase this Msg.?
1.Yes 2.No
Press 1 to erase the message.
Press 2 to exit without erasing.
d
Press Stop/Exit.

To erase all of your messages

Press Erase.
b
Press a or b to choose one of the
options below. Then press OK.
Erase All voice? All voice messages
Erase All Fax? All fax messages
Erase All Msg.? All voice and fax messages
c
Do one of the following:
Press 1 to erase all of your
messages.
Press 2 to cancel.
d
Press Stop/Exit.
