1. PRESENTATION DE L'INSTALLATION

Le SAFMIG 400 BL est une installation de soudage MIG-MAG conventionnelle à
commutateur.

2. COMPOSITION DE L'INSTALLATION

Les installations sont composées de
1. Une source de puissance
2. Un dévidoir raccordé à la source de puissance
3. Un câble de masse avec pince de masse et raccord
4. Un câble primaire raccordé
5. Des accessoires de dévidage pour fils aciers et inox

3. DESCRIPTION DE LA FACE AVANT

Commutateur "Marche Arrêt" et coupleur (230V – 400 V)

4. OPTIONS

# Option appareils de mesure
Lecture digitale du courant et de la tension de soudage. Cette option s'intègre à la
face avant du générateur.
Elle comprend :
! une plaque avec voltmètre et ampèremètre,
! la filerie équipée pour le branchement,
! 1 shunt de mesure,
! 1 instruction d'emploi.
$ Option inversion de polarité
Suivant la position de la fiche, vous obtenez la polarité + ou - à la torche (utilisation
pour certains fils fourrés ou application Zn).
Elle comprend :
! les bornes et fiches de raccordement,
! le câble équipé,
! les éléments de fixation,
! une notice de montage.
% Option kit pour soudage mag co
( $ voir dépliant FIGURE 4 à la fin de la notice)
Ce kit permet le raccordement du câble de masse sur une position de self idéalement
conçue pour un résultat de soudage MAG optimisé sous CO
Le raccordement se fait à l'arrière du poste par l'intermédiaire d'une fiche femelle type
"DINSE".
Elle comprend :
! les bornes et fiches de raccordement,
! le câble équipé,
! les éléments de fixation,
! une notice de montage.

1. PRESENTATION OF INSTALLATION

The SAFMIG 400 BL is conventional MIG-MAG welding installation with a switch-
over capability.
The welding-set are comprised of
1. A power supply source
2. A cable reel connected to a power source
3. An earthing conductor with earth clamp and connector
4. A fitted primary cable
5. Wire feed accessries for steel and stainless steel wires
1 On/Off switch and coupler (230V - 400V)
2 Function selector switch (2 stage - 4 stage - spot)
3 Spot time potentiometer
4 Secondary voltage switch
5 Coarse adjustment , fine adjustment
6 Wire speed potentiometer
7 "DINSE" female plug coil (-)
9 European type quick fitting connection
10 Thermal safety orange signal lamp
11 Green start-up signal lamp

Digital display of welding current and voltage. This option is incorporated in the front
panel of the generator.
It comprises :
! a plate containing a voltmeter and an ammeter,
