C) ERASING YOUR MESSAGES

Erasing Incoming Voice Messages, Fax Messages and Recorded
Memo (or Memo Manager)
There are two ways to erase voice messages and recorded memos: One by One Erasing and

All in One Erasing.

Fax messages can not be erased one at a time.

One by One Erasing

KEYS TO PRESS
1. Press Play.
(Press Menu and then Play for
Memo Manager.)
The machine starts to play.
2. Press Erase when you hear 2 short
beeps, which means the end of the
ICM.
* Be careful not to press Erase while
the machine beeps to start playing
next ICM, which will erase the next
ICM before playing it.
3. Press 1 to erase this message or 2 to
exit the function.
4. Press Stop to exit.
All in One Erasing
You can erase all incoming VOICE or DOCUMENT messages at once.
KEYS TO PRESS
1. Press Erase. The display asks
whether or not you want to erase.
2. Press Z (left arrow) or X (right
arrow) to select whether you want
to erase all voice messages
(VOICE), all document messages
(DOC), or all messages (MSG).
Example: ALL DOC.
THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW:
MESSAGE 01/03
ERASE THIS MSG.?
1.YES 2.NO
THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW:
VOICE:03 DOC:02
ERASE ALL VOICE?
SELECT { } & SET
ERASE ALL DOC.?
