Make sure that you have completed the instructions from Step 1 "Setting Up the
machine".
If you are using Windows
To access the PhotoCapture Center
your PC you must be connected using USB and you
may have to install a Windows
There are two ways to install the Windows

A) Download Service Pack 3 from the Microsoft
Web page and install it.
We recommend this method because it includes
other bug fixes for Windows
B) Install the Windows
Software Suite installer.
You can install it by following the steps below:
