Configuration

Once connected to the line, you can use
the telephone to make or receive calls. In
its initial state, the display will show
information given in the figure below, where
NEW 00 is the number of unanswered
calls:
The next few paragraphs describe the
possible configurations that can be made
by via the telephone menu. To make the
adjustments, the handset must be on-hook.

Display brightness

Proceed as follows to adjust the brightness
of the display:
Press the MENU key
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the CONFIGURATION option
Use the ARROW keys to select the Y
option
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the BRIGHT option
Use the ARROW keys to select the
desired option (1, 2 or 3)
Press the MENU key

Backlight

Proceed as follows to activate or deactivate
the backlight of the display:
Press the MENU key
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the CONFIGURATION option
Use the ARROW keys to select the Y
option
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the BACKLIGHT option
Use the ARROW keys to select the
desired option (Y or N) in order to
activate or deactivate the backlight
Press the MENU key

Setting the time

You can adjust the time settings of your
telephone via
CONFIGURATION menu: time setting and
display format (24h or AM/PM). If either of
these settings is still incorrect, you can go
on to the next step by pressing the
DIAL/SELECT key
Adjustment procedure:
Press the MENU key
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the CONFIGURATION option
Use the ARROW keys to select the Y
option
Use the DIAL/SELECT key to select
the ENTER TIME option
Enter the time with four digits in the
: 24h format (example: for 13:57h -
enter the digits 1357)
Press the DIAL/SELECT key until the
FORMAT option appears
Use the ARROW keys to select the
desired option (24h or AM/PM)
Press the MENU key
