10. Installation, mounting and connection

Install the window channel following the steps below:

• Place the appliance on a stable and level dry surface.
Ensure that the appliance is placed in a secure position so
that it cannot fall or start rolling by itself.
• The product must be free with a gap of at least 50 cm to
other objects or obstacles. The air outlet openings (2) must
be directed into the room. See Fig. 1.
• The product should also be installed as far away from heat
sources as possible.
• Separate the wing screw set (27) in its component parts.
• Pull the inner part of the window channel (25) out until the
drill hole in the outer part is exposed. Run the screw through
the drill hole (Fig. 2) paying attention to the direction.
• Slide the window channel together. The flat screw head
must be inserted lengthwise into the inner part guide rail.
